I found an item

If you notice an item left in your vehicle, you can get help to contact the rider through either your driver app or partner.uber.com

Through your driver app:

  1. Tap on the Menu (three horizontal lines on the top left side of the screen)
  2. Tap “Help”
  3. Choose “Help with a Trip”
  4. Tap “Help with a found item”, then choose “I found an item”
  5. Choose the trip that the item was lost on
  6. If you aren’t sure, choose the most relevant trip and toggle on “I don’t know the trip”
  7. Tap “NEXT”
  8. Share all the required details and then “SUBMIT”

If you are still unable to connect with the rider for returning the item, please visit the closest Greenlight Hub in your city.
