For deliveries where your customer requests you to order and pay, and you choose to use your own payment method, you will be reimbursed by your customer. To get reimbursed, you’ll need to provide a clear image of the valid and itemized receipt from the store.
WHAT IS A VALID RECEIPT?
A valid receipt should be a clear image and captured in all four angles to include all receipt details when uploading it.
WHAT IS AN ITEMIZED RECEIPT?
An itemized receipt should have the name of the store , the date of service, the items purchased, the amount paid for each item, and the tax. If the tip is not included in the total it should be written on the receipt.
If you’ve already submitted a photo of the receipt for reimbursement from the customer, it may take 5-7 business days for the reimbursement to process. After the receipt is approved, your reimbursement from the customer will appear in the Trip payment section of the app.
