What happens after the account switch?
During this time, you will lose access to the app while we review your documents (this may take 2-24 hours). If you’re unable to provide all the required documents, you will be restricted from going online until all documents are provided and then reviewed by our team.
What happens to the Uber Pro points/tier?
When you enter into a new rideshare contract, your current Uber Eats Pro points/tier will be removed and will not be carried over.
How do I upload my documents for Taxi?
You check your progress by going to Account > Work Hub in the Driver app and choosing “Switch to driving with the Uber app”. Most documents are processed within 2 hours, but it can take up to 24 hours.
