To be eligible for Reserve trips, you must:
Upfront Reservation offers: Those sent up to 7 days in advance via Opportunities can be declined without any impact on your Trip Acceptance Rate (TAR).
On-demand Reserve Requests: When you are online, you may receive on-demand requests for Reserve trips (similar to UberX). The “Reservation” on the offer card indicates it is a Reserve request. If you decline these on-demand Reserve requests, it will impact your TAR just like declining any other on-demand trip.
