Driver Instructions for Accidents

If you’re driving with Uber and an accident occurs:

  • Ensure Safety: Check that everyone involved is safe.
  • Contact Emergency Services: If necessary, call the police and/or paramedics.
  • Report to Uber: Use the claims form in the Driver app to report the accident to us.

We’ll respond to confirm everyone’s well-being and collect all required details.

Remember, all Uber rides are insured. Our claims Support team will assist you through the insurance claims process specific to your region. You do not need to report the incident to your personal insurance company.
