Cities are growing and reshaping at a rapid pace, and sometimes the map in our app is not fully updated. If you found any errors in the map, please let us know below. Examples of errors can be:
- Incorrect traffic directions (for example, the map shows a one-way street when the road should be two-way, or the map asks you to make a left turn when that road is marked as ‘no entry’)
- Wrong street name
- Road closures - permanent or temporary (e.g. the map directs you through a road that is closed or under construction)
- New roads (for example, the construction of a new road that is not currently shown)
- Wrong location name/location (e.g. ‘Sheraton’ is labeled as a restaurant in the outskirts of town, instead of a hotel)
Tell us about the problem
Please provide as much information as possible in this description so that we can locate the problem. For example, if possible, include the following information:
- name of the cross street
- driving direction
- an accurate description of the problem
- how long the problem has been or will be present (temporary or permanently?).
