What is Backup Balance?

Backup balance lets you access up to $150 if your Uber Pro Card balance is low. The highest amount you can take depends on your Uber Pro status:

• Diamond/Platinum: $150
• Gold: $100
• Blue/Green: $50

How do I qualify for Backup Balance?

Backup Balance is available to Uber Pro Card users who:

• Have automatic cashouts enabled
• Have earned at least $700 on the Uber platform in the last month

What happens after I use Backup Balance?

Your next deposit will automatically be used to pay back the amount of your backup balance. This includes cash deposits, direct deposits, Instant Pay deposits, and auto disbursements.

If your next deposit or disbursement doesn’t cover the full amount, it can still cover a portion of the balance.
