Your fare for trips is calculated based on the upfront price the customer and you agreed to or the time and distance travelled.
We can only review fares within 3 business days of a trip. In some cases the upfront price will change as the rider added more stops through the app or there was a need for a detour due to traffic conditions/road closure.
