To update your name as it appears on your 1099, please log in to drivers.uber.com.
To update your name or address, please visit the Tax Settings tab. After making adjustments, scroll to the bottom of the page to check the disclaimer box and tap save.
Follow the prompts to confirm your information is up to date in your Vault account. Once your updated information is saved, your new 1099 will be available on the Driver Dashboard within 7 business days.
You should also follow these steps if you qualify to receive a 1099 but the form is not available on your dashboard. You can find more information about tax form qualifications on our tax info page.
