My 1099 contains incorrect personal information

If you notice that your legal name or address is listed incorrectly on your 1099, you can update your personal information by visiting the Tax Settings tab of your Driver Dashboard and clicking the "Update my tax forms" button. Follow the prompts to confirm your information is up to date in your Vault account. Once your updated information is saved, your new 1099 will be available on the Driver Dashboard within 7 business days.

You should also follow these steps if you qualify to receive a 1099 but the form is not available on your dashboard. You can find more information about tax form qualifications on our tax info page.
