My fare isn't showing in the app
You can view fares for recent trips by:
1. Tapping your daily fare total at the top of the main screen of the app
2. Tapping "SEE DAILY SUMMARY"
After you complete a trip, it may take up to 48 hours for the app to reflect the fare breakdown and map of your route.
If you have a question about a cancelled trip that you are able to see in your trip history, please contact us from the link below:

If you do not see your completed trip's fare in your trip history, more than 48 hours after it ended, please let us know below.
