My fare is not showing in the app

To view fares for your recent trips:

  1. Tap your daily fare total at the top of the main screen of the app.

  2. Tap “See daily summary.”

After you complete a trip, it may take up to 48 hours for the app to reflect the fare breakdown and map of your route.

If you have a question about a cancelled trip that you are able to see in your trip history, please contact us through this link.

If you don’t see a trip’s fare more than 48 hours after it ended, please let us know below.
