My payment statement is missing a trip

Payment statements include all trips in your weekly payment cycle. This cycle begins at 4 am local time on Monday and ends at 4 am on the following Monday. If a trip was completed after 4 am on a Monday, it may appear in your next weekly statement.

If you are looking at an "In-Progress" or current payment statement in the middle of the week, keep in mind that completed trips sometimes require 48 hours to process. .

If you are still unable to locate a trip on your completed payment statement after the 48 hour processing period, and have confirmed this trip is within the weekly cycle you are reviewing, please let us know via this form. We'll be happy to review. Please note that high fare trips may require more time to review.
