My promotion or guarantee was wrong

You can review your promotion or guarantee payments in the Miscellaneous or Other Payments section in your payment statement. If you opted into a promotion (with the exception of Boost) and did not meet the requirements, your pay statement will offer more details about why you were not eligible.

Your payment for any promotion or guarantee is made 1-2 weekly payment cycles after the guarantee or promotion ends. For example, if a guarantee ran from Monday, May 2nd until Monday, May 9th, any earned guarantee would be processed and paid in your weekly statement on Tuesday, May 17th.

If you have questions about promotion payments or guaranteed gross fares noted on your payment statement, please let us know here. Please note that we can only confirm whether you were to receive a promotion after the weekly pay period has ended.
