On-site Tasks include destination-based trips that involve going to a physical location(s) to collect specific information such as business details, store hours, and layouts. These requests require collecting written information and/or taking requested photos.
These trip requests are available to a select group of drivers and couriers.
Before accepting an On-site Task, you’ll see the following details:
The app will provide step-by-step instructions on what information you need to collect. Most steps can be completed in any order so that you can move at your own pace.
On-site Tasks will occasionally appear alongside other trip requests. Once you have signed up to receive On-site Tasks, you can turn these trips On or Off anytime in Preferences.
Declining On-site Tasks won’t count against you.
On-site tasks vary, according to the request. During an On-site task, you may be asked to collect information such as:

The app will show you the required steps for each specific task.
After accepting an On-site task, follow the steps in the app then submit the required information.

Eligible offers will appear when available.
If you don’t see On-site Tasks on your account, they may not be available in your region.
Make sure your app is updated to the latest version as it will have the most up-to-date information.
Uber’s insurance does not apply when you are driving to an On-site Task location. While traveling for this request, your personal auto insurance is responsible for coverage.
