Plus Card overview

The Plus Card is a pre-authorised payment card that Delivery people use specifically for purchasing items that customers request through Pack & Deliver orders. Remember, the Plus Card should only be used for its intended purpose, or you may risk losing the ability to accept Pack & Deliver requests.

Activating your Plus Card

1. Access ‘Account Settings’ in your app
2. Select ‘Plus Card’ or ‘Pack and Deliver’
3. Add the Plus Card to your Apple/Google Wallet:

• Open your Uber account settings.
• Tap on ‘Plus Card’
• Choose ‘Get Plus Card’
• Select ‘Get a Digital Plus Card’
• Add the card to your Apple Pay/Google Wallet
• Set the Plus Card as your default payment method

Using your Plus Card. When you’re ready to check out at the store:

1.Open your wallet app 2. Select the Plus Card 3. Hold your phone near the store’s payment system to complete the transaction

Remember, there’s no need to load funds onto your Plus Card; it will automatically authorisze payment for the exact amount of the order.
