After every completed trip you will be asked to rate your riders between 1 and 5 stars. On UberPool trips, you'll be asked to rate all of the riders individually once the entire trip has ended.
When a trip is canceled, neither the rider nor the driver will be able to leave a rating.
If you give a rider less than 5 stars, you'll see a list of common rider issues you can use to provide more specific feedback. Please let us know what went wrong by tapping the most appropriate issue for your rider.
If the issues listed don't apply to your situation, you can choose "Other."
