Receive UberACCESS trips

Uber Access is a product dedicated to driving people with reduced mobility. This product is available in Paris. The driver must meet two conditions to receive Uber Access rides:

• Have a suitable vehicle. The list of eligible vehicles is available on the Uber website.
• Have a TPMR (Transport for People with Reduced Mobility) training certificate.

Thanks to the Access service, drivers have the possibility of receiving additional orders in addition to the usual orders. For each Uber Access trip, to compensate for the additional approach time, the driver receives the price of a similar trip on UberX + €12. The additional €12 is covered by Uber, the customer therefore pays the same price as on UberX. Surcharges and service fees apply in the same way as on UberX.
