Please note that the upfront price is based on the starting and ending points set by the rider, the estimated distance and time of the route, and the trip fare of each operating area.

The estimated distance and time of the trip are calculated by the system based on past data. If any unexpected issues happened during your trip, such as road construction, navigation errors, etc., it is recommended that you provide detailed information to our team and rider to confirm the estimated and actual distance, reasons for time gap.

If there’s no detailed description, it will take a longer time for audit judgment, and may not be immediately reflected in the trip you requested for the audit.

NOTE

  • We will only review COMPLETE TRIPS within 21 days.
  • Reporting the same trip repeatedly will not speed up the review process and may affect the team’s efficiency
  • Please always suggest rider modify trip details via their Uber App. No fare review will be processed if you change the destination or trip details from your Uber Driver App.

Do not select this toggle if this trip wasn’t adjusted via report to “Help” section or adjusted by Uber Support.
