• Your overall driver rating is based on your most recent 500 trips.
• One single trip rating will have an effect on your overall score.
• Ratings that are due to factors outside your performance (like app issues or pricing) do not count against you.

• Maintaining a clean, scent-free vehicle.
• Confirming the preferred route with your rider.
• Engaging in polite and professional conversations.
• Dressing neatly and professionally.
• Courteously opening the car doors for riders.
• Offering amenities such as bottled water, snacks, and phone chargers.
• Assisting with luggage safely, if possible.
