Trip Radar is a new feature in the driver app that can send multiple requests (max 5) to a handful of delivery partners, and it will allow you to choose the requests you like.
You can view Trip Radar requests and tap the ‘match’ button on the trips you’d like.
Check the request details and tap all the requests you wish to deliver.
Once you get a match, we’ll let you know and you are on your way. *Since others have access to the list too, you may not get all of your picks.
Trip Radar is aimed to reduce the waiting time to get requests and improve the accessibility of each partner by adding more requests to choose from.
You can see 5 requests max on the list.
Depending on the demand in the area, you might see fewer than 5 requests.
Yes, you can raise your hand for as many requests as you like on the list. Please note, only one request will be matched at a time.
Matching on Trip Radar is done based on multiple factors. Please note that Matching is not first come first serve, so there is no need to rush to tap first. You may want to take a moment to read the request before deciding whether to “raise your hand” for each request.
Yes, you are free to choose to “raise your hand” as many times as you like or decline or ignore.
No, you’ll continue to get individual requests, just as you always have. These will be identified with the ‘Exclusive’ tag on the offer. Trip Radar is intended to provide you with more options in addition to the existing ones.
At this time, there is no option to turn off the feature. However, you are free to ignore or reject any requests on trip radar, and you can also choose to close Trip Radar at any time.
