Uber Eats Pro: Courier loyalty program

Uber Eats Pro is a reward program designed to reward top couriers with higher earnings, better rewards, and more flexibility. Through this program, couriers on Gold or higher status can earn more than Green couriers.

Note: Uber Eats Pro is currently available in select cities (list here) and the rewards may vary based on your location.

Here’s how it works:

Uber Eats Pro has four statuses: Green, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each status unlocks unique Uber Eats Pro rewards that improve your day-to-day experience while delivering with Uber. Your status depends on your acceptance rate, cancellation rate, satisfaction rating, and the number of points you accrue over a one month period.

How to calculate your acceptance rate

Your acceptance rate is based on how many exclusive delivery requests you have accepted out of the most recent exclusive delivery requests sent directly to you. It’s calculated using what we call the lookback window, which is the 100 most recent requests. Trip Radar requests are excluded. Learn more about acceptance rate here.

How to calculate your cancellation rate

Your cancellation rate is determined by how many deliveries you have canceled out of your most recently accepted delivery requests, including Trip Radar requests after you accepted them. It’s calculated from your most recent 100 requests, also known as the lookback window. Learn more about cancellation rate here.

We know that things don’t always go as planned. That’s why we do our best to protect your cancellation rate. For example, if you need to cancel for safety reasons, a merchant is closed, or a delivery is picked up by another courier, those occasional cancellations won’t count against your cancellation rate.

How to calculate your satisfaction rate

Your satisfaction rate is the number of positive ratings you’ve received, out of your last 100 rated orders from customers and merchants combined. Once you’ve picked up and delivered an order successfully, merchants and customers can leave a ‘thumbs up’ or ‘thumbs down’ rating. A ‘thumbs up’ rating is considered positive.

How to earn points

You collect points for every order you deliver. Points vary based on the specific time of the delivery.

  • Lunch (11 AM - 2 PM): Earn 3 points per delivery
  • Dinner (5 PM - 9 PM): Earn 6 points per delivery
  • Other times: Earn 1 point per delivery

Points are earned during fixed one-month periods to determine your reward tier status for the next month. Here’s how it works:

  1. Points accrue over one month
  2. At the end of the month, points reset to zero
  3. When you earn a new status, you enjoy its perks immediately and keep them for the entire next month.

For example, if you achieve Diamond status on January 2, you’ll be able to access Diamond-level rewards until the end of February.
