You will find below the step-by-step instructions you will need to follow to become an Uber Eats courier. Let’s get started!

Start with adding your personal details and select your vehicle:

• Bicycle
• Motorbike / Scooter / Moped
• Car

Next, submit your Documents

• Profile Picture
• Swedish ID and proof to be able to work in Sweden either by:

- Swedish ID with Swedish personal number

- Coordination number + foreign ID + Swedish Work permit (Arbetstillstånd)

We will then need up to 72h to process your documents.

Review the list of required documents for your chosen vehicle:

Bicycle delivery

• Be at least 18 years old
• When signing up, choose ‘Bicycle’ under the transportation method.
• Submit the following documents:

- Profile picture

- Swedish ID and proof to work in Sweden (Swedish ID with Swedish personal number or Coordination number + foreign ID + Swedish Work permit (Arbetstillstånd)

Scooter / Motorbike / Moped delivery

• Be at least 18 years old
• When signing up, choose ‘Motorbike’ under the transportation method
• Submit the following documents:

- Profile picture

- Swedish ID and proof to work in Sweden (Swedish ID with Swedish personal number or Coordination number + foreign ID + Swedish Work permit (Arbetstillstånd)

• Driving license
• Valid vehicle insurance

Car delivery

• Be at least 18 years old
• When signing up, choose ‘Car’ under the transportation method.
• Submit the following documents:

- Swedish ID with Swedish personal number

- Coordination number + foreign ID + Swedish Work permit (Arbetstillstånd)

• Driving license
• Valid vehicle insurance
• Certificate from Transportstyrelsen showing your vehicle is registered for commercial traffic

Upload your documents

To upload documents, use your app or sign in to partners.uber.com.

• The document image is clear
• All text is legible
• All 4 corners of the document are visible.

Each submitted document must comply with the following criteria:

• The document image is clear
• All important information must be legible
• All 4 corners of the document are visible
• All documents are up to date and not expired
• Your name is clearly listed and matches the name on your Uber profile

Once you submit the required documents, the approval process will take up to 72 hours.

Should your document be approved, the status will move from “Pending” to “Active”.

If required documents are expired, missing, or rejected from your account, your account is on hold until those documents are uploaded and approved.

You can confirm the status of any document, and review if additional documents are needed by following these steps:

• Tap the profile picture in the upper right corner
• Tap “Account” and afterwards tap “Documents”
• Tap each document(s) listed to review it and upload a photo of the new document, if required.

Click “Save” to complete the process and submit it for review.
