What if the customer contacts me to change the delivery address?

When a customer requests to change their order's delivery address, it is completely up to you to decide if you want to proceed with the order.

If the customer contacts you directly to redirect you to a new location, you can advise them to contact customer support so that we can validate their new location and follow up with you directly.

We're unable to accommodate customers' change of address requests if the new address is outside the restaurant's standard delivery area. In this case, the order must be canceled. If this happens, you'll still be paid the full amount of the order fare.

IF YOU CHOOSE TO GO TO THE NEW ADDRESS
If you choose to deliver the order, you can proceed to the new address. Once you complete the order, you can contact support at 1-800-253-9435 or click on the toggle below. You'll receive an additional $4 rebate for accommodating the customer's delivery request.

IF YOU CHOOSE NOT TO GO TO THE NEW ADDRESS
If you choose not to proceed to the new address, you'll be paid the full amount of the order fare and can discard the food. Your cancellation and satisfaction rating will not be impacted.
