Travel prices are totaled and calculated in weekly cycles. This cycle begins at 4 AM on Monday and ends at 3:59 AM on the following Monday.
Therefore, any trip made on Monday after 4am will appear on the next week's payment statement.
Monday: the previous payment cycle ends, and a new cycle begins.
Tuesday: Partner statements are added to your dashboard at partners.uber.com and the deposit is started.
You should receive the weekly payment transfer to your bank account within 3 days of the end of the weekly cycle, but there may be delays due to bank processing time.
If you receive a message informing of a possible delay in processing your payment, please know that the error has already been identified and we are already working to resolve it. Your transfers will be deposited as soon as possible.
Payments made via Pix QR Code are included in your earnings statement for the next weekly payment normally.
