Another reason your background check could be stalled is because the vendor is having trouble verifying your driving license history. In order to meet license history requirements for Uber you must have had your driver’s license for more than 1 year if you are at least 25 years old, and 3 years if you are younger. It is always important to check any emails you may have received from one of the vendors regarding your background check. Background checks are performed by Uber’s third-party background check providers Checkr, HireRight, and Samba Safety.
