I had an issue with my trip

For issues with a specific trip, please select the trip you had an issue with in the Uber app. We'll help submit the issue directly to the correct customer support team.

To get help with a specific trip:
1. Open the Uber app.
2. Navigate to the bike and scooter rental screen.
3. Select Help and then the specific trip issue.
4. Fill out the form and we'll submit your issue.
