Cancelar mi pedido

You can cancel an order in the app by following these steps:

1. Go to Orders and select your Active order.

2. Tap Help in the upper right corner of the order tracking screen.

3. Tap Cancel Order.

4. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your order cancellation.

Be sure to check the status of your order before cancelling. Please note that we cannot guarantee a refund if the store has already accepted your order or the courier has arrived at the store.
