From one place, you can view and manage your vehicles, drivers, documents, payments, and performance. It gives you the tools and data you need to run your business efficiently and keep your fleet compliant.

What can I do in the Fleet Hub portal?

• Account: You can update your business name, contact details, and tax information directly in the Fleet Hub. Review your team’s access regularly to make sure only authorized users can manage your fleet.
• Drivers: Add, remove, and manage drivers in your fleet. Send invitations, track onboarding progress, and review driver status.
• Vehicles: Add and assign vehicles, upload registration and insurance documents, and monitor approval status.
• Documents: Upload and track vehicle and driver documentation. Documents are reviewed by Uber and marked as active once approved.

How can I track my fleet’s activity and performance?

The dashboard gives you real-time visibility into your entire fleet. You can see the live status of your vehicles and drivers, review trip activity and performance, track earnings and payment details, and update vehicle and driver documents.

How do I stay compliant?

Each region has specific regulations for vehicles and drivers, so make sure to keep all documents valid and up to date, complete all driver background checks, and follow local licensing or commercial requirements. The dashboard helps you monitor your compliance status to stay aligned with local requirements.

Can I monitor my drivers in real time?

Yes. The Live Map allows you to see the real-time location and activity status of your drivers (available in some regions). How do I review my earnings and banking details? You can view total fleet earnings, see trip-level breakdowns, and update your banking details directly in the Fleet Hub under the payments section.

Does Uber update the Fleet Hub portal?
