Supplier Portal is now FleetHub

Supplier Portal has a new name and web address. Everything else stays the same.

What changed

The product name and web address changed. You can access the portal at fleethub.uber.com

What stayed the same

Everything you rely on is unchanged:

  • Your Uber account and login credentials
  • Your organization, roles, and access permissions
  • All your fleet data, reports, and history
  • Every tool and workflow you use today

Fleet Hub is Supplier Portal — same product, new name.

What you need to do

Use fleethub.uber.com to access your fleet dashboard.

  • Existing Supplier Portal links (supplier.uber.com) redirect automatically — you will not lose access.
  • Update any saved bookmarks or shortcuts to fleethub.uber.com when convenient.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to create a new account or log in again? No. Your existing Uber account credentials work on Fleet Hub exactly as they do today.

What happens to my Supplier Portal bookmarks? They continue to work — supplier.uber.com automatically redirects to fleethub.uber.com. We recommend updating your bookmarks to the new address when it’s convenient.

Did my team’s access or roles change? No. All organization members, roles, and permissions carried over unchanged.

Were any features added or removed? No. This was a rename and re-address only. No features were added or removed.

I manage multiple fleets. Did I need to do anything separately for each? No.The transition applied to your entire account automatically.
