I returned a lost item

We understand that returning lost items to riders requires a significant investment of your time. We’re very grateful to drivers who make this extra effort.

When you return an item to a rider within 2 weeks of the trip, you may be eligible to receive a payment for your inconvenience. This payment of 93 EGP is charged directly to the rider’s account and paid in your weekly statement. You’ll see the payment in the “Miscellaneous Payments” section of your weekly statement.

Please note that a return fee will not be applied if the item is returned at a Greenlight Hub or a lost property office.
