To replace or swap a vehicle, please provide us with the following details so that we can get you on the road again.
Let us know the old and the new vehicle license plate numbers to indicate which vehicle(s) are being swapped.
Please note the following restrictions:
- Only the owner of the profile that the vehicle is on submitted on may submit a vehicle replacement request.
- We do allow replacement of vehicles between different product types. For example, we will allow an Uber Eats vehicle to replace an Uber Motorbike and vice versa.
- Replacements will take approximately 24 hours to be completed if all the correct necessary information has been submitted.
- Vehicle replacements cannot be done at the GLH, they can only be done through this form.
- Your vehicle can only be used if all the relevant documentation has been uploaded and approved.

You may not sell, rent or transfer your Uber profile or (slot/software license), as this is against Uber Partnership T&C's.
