Check the status of my order

How to check your order status:

1. Open the Uber Eats app.
2. On the homepage, tap the green banner at the top.
3. If you have multiple orders, select the one you’d like to track.
4. Look for the description to understand its status.
5. Once a delivery person is assigned, you can see their location on the map.
6. Track your delivery person’s progress as they make their way to you.

For orders with multiple delivery people:

• Contact each delivery person separately
