The success score places stores in one of five tiers (Excellent, Great, Good, Fair, or Poor) based on their performance across five areas important for providing value for customers: operational excellence, menu details, ratings, and sustainable packaging (where applicable).
Each success score tier has specific performance goals that stores must meet to qualify. A store’s score is determined by how many of these goals are met by the end of the month. The goals become more rigorous as you move up the tiers. For example, the menu pricing required to reach the Good tier is more competitive than what’s needed for Fair.

You may have noticed we removed a previous category on Menu Markup.
Starting December 1, 2025, menu markup will no longer be included in the success score. Here’s what this means for you:
Streamlined criteria to focus on: You can now focus your efforts on the other factors important for driving customer demand–including operational excellence, menu details, and rating.
The success score of stores may change: With the removal of menu markup the success score of individual locations may shift based on the other existing inputs of operational excellence, menu details, and rating.. Check the benefits section of the Success page in Uber Eats Manager on December 1 for how this change may impact your score.
These changes will automatically go into place: No action is needed from you or your staff–any changes to your success score will automatically go into effect on December 1, 2025.
