How often is my success score updated

Your success score is updated on the first of every month.

The individual metrics that go into your success score are refreshed on an ongoing basis so you can track your store’s progress throughout the month.

Here’s how often the individual metrics are updated:

  • Operational excellence: Looks back on performance over the last 84 days on a rolling basis. The final percentage at the end of the month will go into your success score.

  • Menu Details: Updated daily based on any changes to the percentage of menu photos and/or descriptions. The final percentage at the end of the month will go into your success score.

  • Ratings: Assessed at the end of each month, looking back on the average of customer ratings, with weighting for the last 90 days. This is consistent with how ratings are calculated already.

  • Sustainable packaging: Assessed at the end of each month, looking back on orders over the last 28 days. (Note: Sustainable packaging will not be included in all regions, and what qualifies as more sustainable packaging, as well as the metrics used for measuring success in this area, may differ based on local requirements that will be specified by market).

You can check the status of these metrics throughout the month in Uber Eats Manager. You’ll also receive email updates at the start of each month on the status of your score, benefits you’ve unlocked, and recommendations to achieve a higher score. You’ll also get notifications via email and in Uber Eats Manager to help you track progress towards maintaining or unlocking new benefits based on your performance throughout the month.
