Please first reach out to your POS integration provider so that they are aware of the issue.

All POS providers that work with Uber Eats know to escalate to the Uber Eats tech support team for any issue that needs additional help.

As a quick, interim solution, you can try to manually enter orders in your POS system. If you are unable to access your tablet to see these orders or if you do not have a tablet onsite, you can use the web or mobile versions of the restaurant dashboard shown below.
