I want to go back online or go offline

Please use this from Uber Eats Orders only:

  • If your Uber Eats Orders is displaying the message ‘This restaurant is temporarily unavailable’ but you are now ready to go back online, please press the ‘Submit’ button below, and your restaurant will be activated in a few minutes. Once you’re back online, please check that your Menu hours are up to date so that you can receive orders. If you need to update your menu hours, you can do it on your Uber Eats Orders under Hours > Edit Hours. Managers will receive an email confirmation of the change.

  • If you want to go offline for a short period (e.g., less than a month), you can use the Holiday Hours feature on the Uber Eats Orders (Hours > Holiday Hours) to set yourself offline on a day-by-day basis. If you want to go offline for a longer but temporary period (e.g., renovation, temporary closure), please press the ‘Submit’ button below, and your restaurant will be put offline in a few minutes.

  • If your restaurant is still in the onboarding process and you cannot yet accept orders, please note you cannot use this feature and need to contact support directly by phone or email.

After you’ve selected your toggle choices below, the update may take up to 10 minutes.
