Are all the merchants listed on Drizly also listed on Uber Eats?
The majority of BevAlc retailers on Drizly are already current Uber Eats partners. Over the course of the next few months we will be reaching out to many of the accounts not yet listed on Uber Eats to discuss partnership.
What percentage of Drizly consumers also have Uber accounts?
More than 95% of Drizly users also have active Uber accounts, using the platform across rides and deliveries. Uber will incentivize Drizly consumers to choose the Uber Platform for BevAlc and all other delivery needs.
Can you provide volume guarantees?
We are pleased that Uber Eats alcohol delivery business has doubled in size year over year, and are excited about the future. Uber will be incentivizing Drizly consumers to choose Uber Eats for their BevAlc and all other delivery needs. While we will continue to invest in this category, we cannot guarantee order volume.
Can I continue to leverage my own Drivers to complete deliveries or will I be required to use Uber couriers?
You can continue to deliver orders with your staff and/or leverage the Uber courier network where legally available.
How do I ensure my inventory is up to date on Uber?
We will be following up with additional information in the coming weeks. If there is any action required on your part, we will be in touch with you.
Can I have multiple custom delivery zones set up on Uber Eats?
Possibly. When onboarding to Uber Eats, we will work with you to create a delivery zone that is appropriate for your store.
My store was deactivated from Uber Eats due to not meeting quality thresholds. Will I be eligible to join Uber Eats despite being previously deactivated?
Uber Eats will continue to maintain quality standards for our marketplace partners. If you are interested in re-joining the Uber Eats marketplace please email restaurants@uber.com. Please be patient as it may take several days for us to get in touch with you.
What if I do not want to be part of the Uber Eats network? How do I opt out?
Being a part of the Drizly network does not automatically make you a part of the Uber Eats network. If you are not currently part of the Uber Eats network, you will not be added unless you choose to do so.

I am currently a shipping partner with Drizly. Does Uber support shipping partnerships?
At this time, only retailers offering delivery services will be considered for Uber Eats partnership.
Can I keep my existing Drizly rates when partnering with Uber?
No. Your commercial agreement with Uber is entirely independent of your prior agreement with Drizly. Should you choose to join Uber, you will receive Uber’s terms and conditions as part of the Uber signup process.
