The following activities are examples of potential violations of our policies: * Excessive order cancellations during the store’s operating hours. Please ensure that your store hours and inventory are correctly updated in Uber Eats Manager to prevent avoidable cancellations. * Consistently marking orders as fulfilled when items have not been prepared or handed over to a delivery person. * Engaging in fraudulent activity to improve your store’s visibility on the platform or manipulate your store’s ratings.
We regularly review merchant performance and activity for suspicious patterns or violations.
