How can I sell alcohol on the Uber Eats app?

To sell alcohol through the Uber Eats app, merchants must meet the following criteria in addition to agreeing to the Alcohol Terms:

  • Submit a valid alcohol license to Uber Eats (see how to submit your alcohol license below, depending on your state)
  • Complete any additional requirements through the Uber Eats app depending on your state (see additional requirements below, depending on your state)
  • Be located in an area where the sale of alcohol through Uber Eats is available (see locations below)

Do not add alcohol to a menu without working with Uber Eats. Alcohol items listed on accounts that have not been properly configured to sell alcohol on Uber Eats will be removed and could result in termination from the platform. Please email if you have questions or are interested in selling alcohol through the Uber Eats app.

It is the responsibility of the merchant to:

  • Comply with all applicable alcohol laws, regulations and policies, including as they relate to the sale and service of alcohol products
  • Ensure their license is valid for alcohol sales through the Uber Eats platform
  • Remove alcohol items from their menu on the Uber Eats platform if the license is revoked, suspended or expired
