The success score is a tool designed to help restaurants get more insight into their delivery business on Uber Eats and unlock benefits on Uber Eats to help them grow.
Every month each store will receive a score based on how well your store performs across the following areas important to customers:
Operational excellence: Consistently, reliable, timely, and accurate orders. Calculated based on a blended summary of:
Menu details: How many items have photos and descriptions that highlight your menu. Calculated by the percentage of menu items with photos and/or descriptions
Ratings: How customers rate your restaurant on Uber Eats. Calculated by a restaurant’s average customer rating, weighted for the last 90 days
Sustainable packaging (applicable in specific countries): If your packaging used for orders is considered more sustainable pursuant to third party standards in the market. Calculated by proportion of orders that use more sustainable packaging.
Each individual store will earn a success score when 1) the program is made available in your country, and 2) the store location has completed more than 15 orders. There are five possible scores a restaurant can receive based on its performance:
This tool provides you with data and insights into what customers care about and what you can do to help keep them coming back to place orders. Stores with higher scores will unlock benefits such as enhanced visibility opportunities in newly created carousels on the app, recognition with badges highlighting success stores, and discounts on tools to grow on the app, such as Ads credits.
