What is the Difference Between Sponsored Listings and Other Campaigns?

These tools are complementary and serve different objectives. sponsored listing increases your visibility with relevant Eaters. Offers enhance conversion by offering special deals and discounts directly to Eaters.

You can run campaigns for both simultaneously. At this time it is not possible to create a single campaign to manage sponsored listings and offers together.

How to Create a Sponsored Listing?

  1. Access Uber Eats Manager for sponsored listing by visiting the link below.
  2. Follow on screen instructions with tooltips for additional information.

After creating your first sponsored listings, you’ll be able to view the “ALL CAMPAIGNS” page.

  • You’ll be able to edit, delete, or clone any planned sponsored listings at the link below.
  • This page also lists all past, active, and planned offers.

How to Edit a Sponsored Listing

  1. Access Uber Eats Manager for sponsored listing by visiting the link below.
  2. From the sidebar, select MARKETING
  3. On the top, select ALL CAMPAIGNS
  4. After choosing which campaign to edit, select ACTIONS
  5. From the dropdown, select EDIT, which will direct you to edit the features (e.g. Audience, Budget, and Bid Type) of the Sponsored Listing campaign (NOTE: You can edit only active sponsored listings).

How to Monitor a Performance for Sponsored Listing

  1. Access the Uber Eats Manager by visiting the link below.
  2. From the sidebar, select MARKETING
  3. On the top, select PERFORMANCE

Note: There’s a 48 hour data lag on this page. This means it takes 48 hours for active campaign data to appear here.

How Do I Pause a Sponsored Listing?

  1. Access Uber Eats Manager for sponsored listing by visiting the link below.
  2. From the sidebar, select MARKETING
  3. On the top, select ALL CAMPAIGNS
  4. After choosing which campaign to edit select ACTIONS
  5. From the drop down, select PAUSE (Note: You can edit only active sponsored listings).

Do I Have to Set Up a Sponsored Listing Each Week?

No - Sponsored listings run each week automatically per the budget set up in Uber Eats Manager. Follow the below steps to pause a sponsored listing:

  1. Access Uber Eats Manager for sponsored listing by visiting the link below.
  2. From the sidebar, select MARKETING
  3. On the top, select ALL CAMPAIGNS
  4. After choosing which campaign to edit select ACTIONS
  5. From the drop down, select PAUSE (Note: You can edit only active sponsored listings).

How Do I View Sponsored Listing Spend?

To view performance follow steps in the “How to Monitor Performance for Sponsored Listing” section above.

Spend related to sponsored listing can be viewable on Campaign Performance and as well will be shown as Ad spend in your payment statement.
