Summary invoice FAQ

To receive a summary invoice for tax purposes, you need to create a tax profile with Uber. To do so:

  1. Sign in to restaurant.uber.com.
  2. Select “Payments” from the menu on the left and then “Invoices Settings.”
  3. Fill in all mandatory fields.
  4. Tap “Submit.” You can then download summary invoices.

The information you provide:

  • Must be legally correct
  • May be verified by tax authorities
  • Will appear on your invoices

Downloading invoices

To access your invoices (after creating your tax profile):

  1. Sign in to restaurant.uber.com.
  2. Select “Payments” from the menu on the left and then “Invoices Settings.”
  3. Select the invoice you need.

Editing summary invoice information

Invoices can’t be modified once they’re available on restaurant.uber.com. If you want additional details to appear on the invoice, update your information:

  1. Sign in to restaurant.uber.com.
  2. Select “Payments” from the menu on the left and then “Invoices Settings.”
  3. Update your tax information.
  4. Tap “Submit.”

Can I update an invoice?

No, invoices can’t be updated after you receive them.

I’m not receiving invoices

If you’re not receiving summary invoices from Uber, check your tax profile information:

  1. Sign in to restaurant.uber.com.
  2. Select “Payments” from the menu on the left and then “Invoices Settings.”
  3. Check your tax information and update it if needed.
  4. Click “Submit.”
