Please proceed to the following troubleshooting steps
For Android device
- Verify that other devices in the restaurant are connecting with the internet.
- Press the circular HOME button at the bottom of the screen to navigate to “SETTINGS”.
- Tap on Wi-Fi and turn Wi-Fi off for 10 seconds.
- Turn Wi-Fi back on.
- Verify that the device is connected to the WiFi network and that the connection is stable.
- If you still can’t connect to the internet, try rebooting your tablet by holding down the small external button on the side of the device.
- Once the button has been held down, a screen will pop up prompting you to select either “POWER OFF” or “REBOOT.”
- Select “POWER OFF” to shutdown the device.
- Wait ~1 minute, and then hold down the button again to restart the device.
NOTE: If you’re still having trouble after the above steps,, reboot your router by turning it off then back on, or contact your internet provider.
For iPad device
- Verify that other devices in the restaurant are connecting with the internet.
- After verifying, press the “HOME” button -> “SETTINGS” - > Tap on WiFi- > Turn WiFi off for 10 seconds - > Turn WiFi back on. Verify that the iPad is connected to the WiFi network and that the connection is stable.
- If you still can’t connect to the internet, perform a hard reset: press and hold the “HOME” and “STANDBY” buttons (at top of the iPad). Hold for approximately 10-12 seconds until the device restarts and you see the Apple logo.
- If it’s still not working, contact your internet provider or reboot your router.

For Laptop/ Online use:
You can open this from your phone, computer, or tablet only on a Google Chrome browser to continue taking orders until your device is fixed.

- Enter your usual Uber login Credentials: email / Uber Eats login & password.
- Once you’ve logged in you can review the training guide by clicking: Menu > How to guide > Get Started.
- Please only keep one tab open when using UEO on your Chrome Browser.
