- Real-time alerts: Stay up to date on your restaurant’s sales and operations with real-time information and mobile alerts.
- Monitor business and delivery operations: See missed orders, cancellations, inaccurate orders, and downtime.
- Detailed breakdowns: Deep dive into your sales, orders, restaurants, and operations by tapping anywhere in the Sales and Operations sections in the app.
- Communicate with customers in real-time: View customer reviews. Respond to and appease customers who have provided feedback.
- Resolve issues quickly: Tap the phone icon to call your restaurant when you receive an alert or see an issue to help resolve it in real time. Manage your business on the go anytime and anywhere.
- Overview for multiple restaurants: If you manage more than one restaurant, quickly check how all your restaurants are doing, including each individual restaurant.
To receive real-time alerts, make sure to enable push notifications so you can address issues at the restaurant when they happen.
