Where can I view and download my payment information?

Only users with the appropriate permissions in Uber Eats Manager can view and download your payment information. To edit user permissions, see this article: Managing access in Uber Eats Manager.

Users with the appropriate permissions can see the Payments tab in Uber Eats Manager.

In the Payments tab, users can:

• Access a summary of each pay period
• Download CSVs with details of that pay period, including an order-by-order breakdown
• Request a weekly statement to be re-sent using the green “Resend” button

Please note that the Payments tab only captures weekly payment statements for the weeks where you receive payments. If no payment is made in a particular week, that period’s earnings will not appear in the Payments tab.
