Drivers may change a partner upon their request. Payments associated with the trips completed before the transition will be transferred to you by your previous partner. Payments associated with the trips completed after the transition will be transferred to you by your new partner.
After your transition to a new partner is completed you might not have access to the information about the trips that were made before it, however all the data associated with your account is stored in our system.
In case your decision to change partner is related to your relocation to another Ukrainian city, please let us know the city you are planning to make trips in. Kindly note that the process of city switching requires re-upload of the documents to your account. You will be able to go online as soon as they have been reviewed.
