What if the customer contacts me to change the delivery address?

When a customer requests to change their order's delivery address, it is completely up to you to decide if you want to proceed with the order.

If the customer contacts you directly to redirect you to a new location, please advise them to contact customer support so that we can validate their new location and follow up with you directly.

It's important to note that we are unable to accommodate customers' change of address requests if the new address is outside the restaurant's standard delivery area. In this case, the order must be canceled. Don't worry, you will still be paid the full amount of the order fare.

IF YOU CHOOSE TO GO TO THE NEW ADDRESS
If you choose to assist the customer and deliver the order to the new address, please go to the new address. Once you complete the order, please contact support at 1-800-253-9435 or click on the toggle below. You will be compensated an additional $4 for the extra effort.

IF YOU CHOOSE NOT TO GO TO THE NEW ADDRESS
If you choose not to proceed to the new address, you will be paid the full amount of the order fare and can discard the food in a safe manner. Your cancellation and satisfaction rating will not be impacted.
