What if I need to cancel a delivery request I've accepted?

It happens! There may be times when something comes up that requires you to cancel an accepted delivery request.

If you are on your way to the restaurant and have not picked up the order yet, you will need to cancel the trip on your app as soon as you can, so we can find another delivery partner to pick up the order.

If you have already picked up the order and you are on your way to the consumer's location, but cannot complete the drop off process, you will need to reach out to Uber support on 0800-080-4117, who will then contact the consumer to let them know there is a change to their delivery.

Please note you will not be paid for any self-cancelled delivery order.
