When you’re ready to receive trip requests, tap the GO button in the Driver app to go online.
When you receive a trip request, the white status bar at the bottom of the screen will turn black and provide information about the request. You can tap anywhere on the black status bar to accept the trip. You’ll have 15 seconds to accept the trip request. If you’d like to dismiss or reject the trip request, tap the X icon at the top left corner of the screen.
