How do delivery ratings work?

When you've received 20 individual ratings from businesses and customers for deliveries, your overall delivery rating will appear in your account. To see your rating, select "Feedback" from your app menu. Then tap "Delivery". You'll also see a selection of comments that businesses and customers gave regarding their experience with you as a delivery partner.

HOW IS MY RATING CALCULATED?
At the end of every delivery trip, businesses and their customers have the opportunity to rate their respective experiences with your delivery. A rating can be a thumbs up or thumbs down.

Your overall delivery rating is based on an average of up to 500 most recent rated deliveries. For example, if 100 of your deliveries have been rated and 90 of those deliveries were given a thumbs up rating, your delivery rating would be 90%.

Please note that delivery ratings are kept separate from ratings you receive from riders if you're a driver-partner. Ride ratings and delivery ratings are not added or averaged together. If you're both a driver-partner and delivery partner, you will have a separate overall rating for each of these.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY OVERALL RATING IS LOW?
UberEATS is available in many cities around the world. Many cities have a unique minimum overall rating that delivery partners must stay above in order to remain on the app and receive delivery requests.

If your overall rating approaches the minimum rating for delivery partners in your city, we'll get in touch to share tips and info that supports you taking steps to improve the ratings you receive from businesses and delivery recipients. If your overall rating consistently remains below the minimum acceptable rating for delivery partners in your city, you may lose access to the Uber delivery app.

CAN AN INDIVIDUAL RATING BE REVISED OR REMOVED?
We do not change or revise individual trip ratings. However, we understand that sometimes a delivery may not go well due to circumstances beyond your control. Experiences like these can result in negative ratings that don't reflect your efforts. When determining minimum delivery ratings for each city, we take these types of outlier ratings into account, so you don't end up with a rating that doesn't reflect your work.
