I can't sign in

If you're having trouble signing into your Uber driver-partner account, first try resetting your password by heading to the below link:
Enter the email address you believe is associated with your Uber account. We'll send you an email with a link to reset your password.

Please note this link expires after a few minutes. Use it immediately, or request again if you need to.

If you're able to sign in with a new password in your app, check to see if your account has any missing or expired documents on your partner dashboard. You may need to update documents and wait for us to review before your account can be reactivated.
